Where We Deliver
We can deliver all large items to World-Wide.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered and whether you choose standard delivery of 7~10 working days or a express service, and whether or not you have all of your products delivered at the same time.
The applicable standard delivery charge is shown on each product page. There are additional charges if you choose a express delivery service. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.
How We Deliver
Smaller products are generally delivered either by courier(DHL, UPS, FeDEX, TNT and EMS) or by post. If your product is one which is delivered by courier, you may be given the option of choosing a express delivery service for a small extra charge during the order process.
We will notify you which delivery method we will use when we send you the Order Confirmation email. Very occasionally different products with the same delivery method may be delivered separately.
Delivery Times
For certain goods we will specify an “expected delivery date”.
Small Products – Standard Courier Delivery
For small products our standard delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), generally from 9am to 5pm, and we aim to get your purchase to you within 2 working days if you order before 12.00pm or 4 days for all orders after 12.00 pm. For extended Bank Holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter please allow 3-6 working days.
Small Products - Express Courier Delivery Services
We also offer a express delivery service, available from Monday to Saturday (subject to availability) in a timed slot of your choice with delivery from 4 days after the date you place your order, this is available at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
If your order is being delivered by courier you can track your parcel by clicking on the link in your Order Confirmation email. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.
If your item is being delivered by Air Mail you will be unable to track the delivery but should expect your order in the post within the next few days after your order is placed.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all of your products, please check that they have been despatched by using our tracking facility detailed in our confirmation email. If your order is not on its way to you, either log in to My Account and use the Contact Us facility. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents.
Distance Selling Regulations
You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 3 working days* following the day of delivery.
You can cancel your purchase by:
1. logging in to My Account and using the Contact Us facility to request that we collect the product, or
2. email us shipping@megabuystore.com with your order reference number and delivery details to hand
* “working days” means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
Your product must be complete and in ''as new'' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used or installed and data must not have been inputted. It should be returned with the original box and packaging, along with any accessories you received with it. DVDs, CDs, memory cards and software must still be sealed. Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned.
If you follow the above, we will issue you with a full refund for the cost of the product and any delivery charges paid. However we reserve the right to retain any charge paid for services which have already begun or been completed. Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card or PayPal account.
Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
- there is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services; this would include, for example, a mobile phone subscription
- the seal has been broken on any DVDs, CDs, memory cards or software, including games, or on any personal hygiene products such as shavers
- the goods were a special order to your specification
